ERPNext Customize Job Openings jobs Autogenerated /Jobs and Job Opening Pages in ERPNext

Uh Oh, Odoo Community Forum Not so Open?
I recently posted an Odoo community forum question asking about any options exporting from a newer version (Odoo 13), backwards to an older edition (Odoo 12). Fast-forward to the web, and content management systems and web applications, platforms, products, frameworks, etc. Plone has been a stellar solution up until the version 5.x line, and since then something seems to be going more and more "wrong" with the development and community, which breaks my heart...
Modifying Odoo Menu
An annoying issue with Odoo (Community Edition) (in all versions) is that the Odoo menu (back end) is out of order. Here are the steps to put it in the desired order.
