Plone Enable RSS Syndication

If you want the RSS link to appear at the bottom of the URL wherever there is an RSS feed on the site.   

1. When logged in as Administrator, go to Plone Site Setup and 
choose Zope Management Interface. 
2. Click on Portal Actions and then Document Actions. 
3. Click on RSS. 
4. Make sure the Visible field is checked. Press Save Changes.
